With the reclining Buddha

When we were in thailand , we saw about 100,000,000 temples. In thailand there religon is Buddhism.

The temples are big and incredibly fancy and some bits are made of solid gold!

Donation tree

We saw two temples, one had a giant gold Buddha. He was about 40 metres long and 20 metres tall ,it had loads and loads and loads of symbols of Buddhas on his feat. There was a tree so that people can put money on, it is for the munks to train the younger ones to be real when they're older. We stapled 20 baht on. Most munks live in a monastary. Munks wear different shades of orange gowns.

Wot Arun temple

There was a tower temple and you could climb, the stairs were very steap, Daddy and Freya went to the top me,Mummy and Lissy went to the second floor. I felt very scared on it. I went up about 15metres. I'm scared of hights. The top was about 25metres above surface.

A monk with his orange robe

We saw some people giving a munk some stuff, because munks don't have money, people get stuff for them. What would you think if you did not have the stuff you have, like TV or Lego or your Xbox or any thing like that! I would miss everything.
